The Dividend portfolio gained 6.8% on an average return basis, underperforming STI’s 11.9% gain. We remove ST Engineering from the portfolio given its recent strong gains. We also removed Venture Corp.

  1. Strong earnings resilience amongst REITs with downside risk protection.
  2. Upside to earnings growth from AEI on major asset (northpoint).
  3. Yields of c.6% atttractive.
