It is a real estate investment trust invests in the real estate markets of Singapore and China. It invests in business and science Parks properties, Hi-Specs Industrial properties/Data Centres, Light Industrial properties/Flatted Factories, Logistics & Distribution Centres, and Warehouse Retail Facilities.
Thai Beverage continues to be one of the top 5 performers and gained another 2% in June after the 4.9% gain in May.
SingTel was one of the bottom 5 performers in May (down 6.77%) but gained 1.94% in June and became one of the top 5 performers in June.
