- We are ceasing coverage on CDW due to a change in investment thesis, internal resource reallocation, as well as the weak market interest and low trading liquidity of the stock.
- Previously, we thought CDW would be a potential turnaround story after solving their lightguide panel shortage supply issue.
- However, despite doing so, their key customer lost market share to its competitor and our investment thesis did not materialise.
- CDW’s outlook remains uncertain, especially with its key customer trying to win back market share in a tougher market environment.
