China Everbright Water - Secured agreement for Waste Water Treatment Project
- China Everbright Water secures a supplementary concession agreement for the upgrading of Beijing Daxing Tiantanghe Waste Water Treatment Project Phase I and expansion of Project Phase II.
- The project involves the upgrading of 40,000 tonnes of existing capacity and an expansion of design capacity to 80,000 tonnes.
- The project is stipulated to complete by 2H16 with the water discharge standard reaching category IV surface water.
- This will also result in a 85.7% increase in Tiantanghe's water tariff.
- This new agreement is in line and confirms our earlier forecast.
- Maintain BUY with TP SGD0.81.
